Welcome message from the new Editor-in-Chief

I¡¯m very much honored to serve as the Editor-in-Chief for International Review of Public Administration(IRPA) which has been a highly respected international journal in the field of public administration.

Since its inception in 1999, the IRPA has struggled to be recognized as one of the top journals in the field. The IRPA is now a SCOUPUS indexed journal while the journal is also indexed or abstracted in Ulrichs and OCLC.

Published by Taylor and Francis/Routledge, the IRPA seeks articles and commentaries, from practitioners and academicians alike, on public administration and policy issues as well as proposals for featured topics (groupings of three to five articles on a particular subject).

The IRPA welcomes cross-national and cross-boundary researches so both scholars and practitioners can learn and share lessons from a variety of public administration issues across the world. The journal also places much emphasis on rigorous methodologies ranging from quantitative to qualitative approaches.

We would like to invite you to think about the IRPA as a possible venue for your manuscripts. We look forward to welcoming your submissions.

With best wishes,

Soo-Young Lee
